1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Gool Bet platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Gool Bet.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Gool Bet and its users. They apply to all services on the platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual games, and any other section.

Gool Bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice of any changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Registration & Account

To register on Gool Bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Gool Bet reserves the right to terminate any account at any time if it was created using false or misleading details.

• Each individual may create one account only.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, bank account, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any other person.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to support immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed after registration. This may require submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC is complete.

3Age & Eligibility

Gool Bet is strictly an adults-only platform. You may not use Gool Bet unless you meet all of the eligibility requirements below.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Registration is not permitted from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Gool Bet employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

Gool Bet may request additional documents for age and identity verification at any time. Some account functions may be temporarily restricted while verification is in progress.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Gool Bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is fully secure and encrypted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually instant or completed within a maximum of 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Any transaction issues must be reported to support within 24 hours. Complaints submitted after this window may take longer to process.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Gool Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

• Bonuses are not credited automatically — they must be claimed and wagering requirements must be met.
• Bonuses can generally be withdrawn after wagering 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• The maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings is specified separately for each offer.
• Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted.
• Violating bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Gool Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

For referral bonuses, the bonus will be activated once the referred person completes their first deposit and places the required amount in bets. Misuse of the referral bonus is a punishable offence.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Gool Bet and cover Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games equally.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Gool Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In cases of suspected match manipulation, Gool Bet reserves the right to withhold payment until an investigation is concluded.

All game and betting outcomes on Gool Bet are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live match data. No human intervention is involved. If you dispute any result, you must contact support within 48 hours.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gool Bet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of any competition.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing bets using another person's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Gool Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If identity verification documents are not provided within 7 days of being requested.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Gool Bet's total liability shall not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

11Changes to Terms & Conditions
